How was the Tiguan 2WD in the snow?

Hi All,

Looking at my next car and I'm interested in the Tiguan. One thing that I would like to know however is how was the 2WD versions in the snow? Good, bad or did it just struggle as much as every other two wheel car out there? How was it in deep snow and untreated roads, going uphill etc.

Being two wheel drive it will be the same as any other two wheel drive car in the snow - not very good, especially when compared to the four wheel drive version of the same car.

Any 2wd drive owners try their Tiguans in the snow?

The general feeling is that they do alright in the snow, far better than a standard 2wd. Check out a specific Tiguan site (google it) for more info. ;) I have a 4motion and that is awesome in the white stuff and i get 40+ to gallon
