Hi All
Today, I came across an aladdin's cave of car cleaning products, a small company which is just around the corner from my house.
Long story short, I ended up buying a pot of Valentine&co Road and Track Carnuba wax. Tried the product on one of the wings, after it was taken off I was amazed at the finish and the way the water ran off it.
I was always a bit shy about using hard wax's and paste's, not any more.
My question is, should I be using a polish before waxing, or even a coat of Autoglym Radient or Supaguard, or do I just put the wax on straight away ?
Thanks in advance.

A wax is just for protection, to lock in the finish you get from polishing.

A good quality wax can also add shine of it's own and will protect the paintwork, however the results will be better if polished first.
