Alhambra power boost?

Hi All,

This is my first time on the forum, hope this post goes on ok. My (girl racer!) wife has just bought a 4-yr old Alhambra 20VT, so we've got enough space for us and the kids.

I reckon that the engine is the VAG 1.8 turbo unit, anyone confirm/deny this? Anyway, she wants More Power!!

I was wondering if any knowledgeable types could shed some light on the possibility of having it chipped? Not that I'm too happy about the prospect of her beating me away from the lights in my beloved Alfa 156 Selespeed, but there you go!

I've tried to tell her her insurance premiums will go up, but will she listen??

There's aguy on here called chip n spin he's part of Chipped uk. He came down the other week and remapped by bamhaa 1.9 pd, a4 3.0lt petrol and the old mans kia sorento. Were all very happy with the results give him a shout
