vcds lite

hi folks

first off,,,,, a happy new year to you all

i've just download vcds lite from ross tech and now i would like to know which comms cable to buy.

i'm connecting to a 1999 1.8t passat saloon (engine code AEB)

Has anyone out there had experience of VCDS lite and did you find it useful?

Pick an ebay seller with good feedback for their cable. Buy it with a disc containing vag-com 409.1 and cable drivers. Then you can compare vcds lite with vag-com 409.1 and find out for your self. The vag-com 409.1 disc will be free so you can't loose and the cable will be less than £10
