help n75 output open

hi there i bought a n75j recently coz my previos n75c valve says output open as the diagnostic (01262) says but still the same findings when i change the valve to new.how can you determined that your n75 is working?is it normal when i blowout some air through my mouth through the charge line air passage it passes through the actuator line?coz this what i observe.pls help me whats the best thing to do.

You need to carry out a actuator test with vag com as the n75 will be duty cycled from the ecu.If you have vag com you need to feel n75 with your hands as it will pulse open and shut

thanks for your quick reply mate is this vag com is like the diagnostic software that can be used through your laptop & plug it in with obdII socket?

Yes if you wont to.Try the ross tech site as there are a lot of dodgy leads on ebay as i found out last year and it caused me some hassle until i contacted ross tech and they put me right with the full version.I do a lot of private jobs so i need full version but you may be able to carry out the task with shareware version.(PRIVATE JOBS FOR FAVOURS I MEAN)
