VW Passat Front Lower Swivel arm

Hi Guys,

Are there any other names for the front swivel arm? I was told that mine was word and the wheel feels as if it is slightly wobbling.

Sometimes they are called control-arms or suspension-arms.

Its better to refer to them all as "ARMS", the confusion occurs
because of the position. There are 4 on each side.

Front nearside lower forward arm
Front nearside lower rearward arm
Front nearside upper forward arm
Front nearside upper rearward arm

Front offside lower forward arm
Front offside lower rearward arm
Front offside upper forward arm
Front offside upper rearward arm

Nearside is passenger/side
Offside is drivers/side.

There's also an anti-roll bar drop-link on each side.
