Now I know what you meant by "yearly thread..." Pitch.

Here is mine as posted elsewhere, warmed up to a gloriousy tropical -4 today so I got the power hose out at work and gave it a once over. Crud now gone but car caked in ice instead!!

Nice garage btw pitch!

Don't know how you keep her so clean in this weather! Or maybe it doesn't leave the drive because its a B8 and therefore cr*p in the snow like mine?

Trust me it is v. dirty, for some reason it looks good with that grainy pic.

Ta for the garage quote. I built my own place so the garage had to be RIGHT ie big, kitchen, cloaks, gym upstairs and as you can see ala' large wine rack to keep wifey stocked up...........

Motor looking very good and they look like the same drive sets as mine also.

Is the car still performing well??

Pitch Yea its great, I still look forward to finishing work just to drive it, look forward to washing it etc. I'll keep it for years yet.

To be fair I have had a few 'wish I'd got a quattro' moments in the last few weeks. This car is the worst I've had in the snow by far. I will definately try and get sorted with some winter wheels & tyres next year. Apart from the snow its awesome!

I love looking at peoples garages- I'm a garage perv. Over at detailing world it's my favourite section! The wine rack is cool, its the detailing bit beside the wine that makes me jealous! I have one of those tiny garages built by a developer before I bought the house. ie- big enough for a lawnmore, weights bench, tools etc, but not a car. Pi**es me off not being able to wax etc in case there's rain. Dreaming of a self-build in the future.

B8 fwd in this weather is a liability (at least on std tyres ). My post is a bit of a fail as the car is still clean - either I can't get the car out or when do manage it the car becomes a hedge magnet!
