bora TDI tuning

i have a 2.0 TDI bora. im looking to modify it and i would like some help and advice in tunning it if you could help me find any thing the will genraly increase proformance it would be greatly apreciated

ECU Re-map probably going to cost around £300-400.
Looking at getting a Bora TDI myself and have been looking into this also.
