Bumper Removal, Front, Rear, Passat Blue Motion Estate

Hi,
Can anyone supply an exploded view of the front & rear bumpers for the above vehicle. I need to remove the bumpers to fit an electromagnetic parking sensor kit to each bumper.

Any help would be most welcome.
