Oldboy probably sick of cars blocking his garage. As usual the wrong person gets hammered. Although I do not agree with him nearly knocking the guy down.

****** me write off. If the offender would of been 14 he would have had his legs smacked at best.

Bloody annoying and no amount of windscreen messages would make any difference. What if the poor old guy needed his car in an emergency. Maybe there should of been (maybe there was) a sign saying leave area clear.

All that said like an idiot I parked in front of some neighbour (it was dark and wet I had not noticed overhang) to my girlfriend's drive a few weeks back. Fortunately for me he found the right house and I apologised profusely but just not quite begged on my knees for forgiveness :o

I'd have done the same too and almost have done (http://www.vwaudiforum.co.uk/forum/showpost.php?p=198333&postcount=27) in the past.

His local council should paint a white no parking bone on the road - problem solved.

When I had a discovery, i almost did this to a guy in my street.
he did not live there but felt it was ok cause his mum did. He would park his works van in any free space over night, come back in the morning and park his car in any free space and take his van to work.
All parking bays are Private and numbered for each house apart from 6-9 which are for visiters. he would never park in a vistors bay.
I've had a word with him and he started parking in his mums space (he space is round the back but she has some how taken over a vistors bay and marked it as hers. This is still a on going battle. :D) This seemed to much hassle for him, juggling two cars around 1 parking bay.
so he started again.
This time the polite "please stop doing" was old and i was bored it. words was said, threats was promised and I have not seen him again. :)

I understand where the old is coming from and kind of agree with his actions, if he has exhausted all polite ways before.
Trying or attempted to run someone over is a bit much though.
