Where to find a rear window for a '94 Cab (and a fitter)?

Hi,
We just bought a '94 Audi Cabriolet and the plastic rear window needs replacing.
The window that is in at the moment has torn stitches, and in fact looks a bit too small to fit well - the window has an inscription:

Kal Glass dot138as6m166
GAHH INC.
NH CALIF.
~ D2299

If that says anything to anyone?

Anyway.. as it's quite opaque as well we thought to get a new window altogether, and I was wondering if anyone could recommend a place to get it, as well as someone who can fit it? Preferably not too far from London.
