the boot on my wifes a4 isn't opening, dunno if it's staying locked, or if handle no working.
any ideas? cheers!

Are you trying to unlock it using the remote or the key? I have a feeling if the key is turned a certain way, the boot lock is isolated from the central locking.

hi, thanks. saloon. it's working again now, so it wasn't the key! now it's working, feels / sounds as if either the switch wasn't working or the motor / solenoid that works the latch wasn't. either been known to cause trouble? cheers
