Hi, wonder if someone can help me please!

I have an A4 2.0d S-Line Special Edition 170bhp

I have noticed over the last year or so that the car hasnt been as quick as I remembered when I first got the car 3yrs ago from new.

Reading through some posts on this forum, some members have suggested that I change the fuel filter. Is this easy to do?

I got a quote from Audi Camberley for £80 which seemed a lot to me. If it was simple, I thought I might give it a go myself

I am also going to check to make sure there are no kinks in any of the turbo hoses

Many thanks

Whats your three letter engine code? It is on the white sticker in the spare wheel bay.

Cheers

A genuine VAG filter will cost approx £36, the part no is 8E0 127 435 A. I would recommend a genuine filter.

Replacing it is pretty easy. It is located at the rear right of the engine compartment. Send me a Private Message with your email address and I will send you the instructions and diagrams.

Cheers
