Good will - Bad delivery.

Tig DSG Match ordered in June 2010 still no delivery date(but could be March 2011) :(
I have asked my VW dealer if he would give me some sort of "good will deal" on additional extras if I ordered them now. He sayes he will ask VW !.
Has anyone been offered googies/price reduction ? (beyond "will pay the additional 2011 VAT & hold the trade in value until delivery").

It depends on the deal I guess. My order was a bit later than yours and I've been given similar delivery information. As I had added most updates there isn't much left to add on in any deal anyway.

I'd be interested to know if you do manage anything... I am still pondering other manufacturers and dropping my order.

i have a car on order, similar wait to yours. i have been offered by vw a free car to use until my new one is delivered. vw offer this to everyone waiting 16 weeks or more for a car.
i pay £100 insurance, £50 fuel. return the car with a full tank of fuel and in the same condition and you get your £150 back.
