I know this topic has recently had a mention in the "How long does the car take to deliver from specified build week" topic (http://www.vwaudiforum.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=106266) but I thought this may warrent a topic in it's own right.
I've heard from one dealer that new orders are not being taken for new CC's until prices have been released from VW for the Bluemotion versions. Anybody know any different? I was just about to place an odered for a new lease car and am now worried that the price is going to signiifcantly increase.
Technical details are also a sparse. UK VW website still has the normal engines being available. Co2 will obviously be lower but how is it going to affect performance? Will there still be the same engine/gearbox configurations?
Another unknown is whether it's only the engines that are changing or are there going to be other changes to coincide with the new Passat launch.
I'd be interested to hear from people who can shed some light on this - including those who are just about to place an order or have ordered one in the last few days.
