Central Locking Problem

The central locking on my 1999 Polo has an intermittent problem. Sometimes it works, but most of the the time it doesn't. I've dug around in the first aid compartment to open to petrol flap and found that what I assume is the central locking unit is wet - it has been raining. Does anyone know or gues what my problem is???

Keith, my guess would b that their is possibly a leak at the bottom of ur windscreen. Dry your said unit out, cover in a bag and get someone to pour water over your car while you look in the wet area, you should be able to rtrace where your leak is coming from.:Blush:
