Radio Code

Hi there anybody able to help with radio codes? need to disconnect the power supply to head-unit to fit a hands free kit but i dont have the code and audi want £20 to get it from them! Car is a 2000 a4 avant reg x743 hfb and the radio is a symphony unit.
