Worst post ever? How about a few details, my crystal ball isn't so good these days.....

What car/year/engine/fuel etc etc? What symptoms does the car have? Any warning lights on?

What equipment obtained the code? Was it VAGCOM? Do you have the full scan printout? Did you clear the fault and does it return?

Glowplugs working OK? (if its even a diesel you have)

I don’t think it is even a VAG fault code! Certainly not a P code, doesn’t look like a HEX either so probably a machine specific code.

sorry for lack of info its 07 golf tdi 105 brake was tested with a sealey vag reader was cleared and still came back with this code 05658 canbus

Sorry but I am none the wiser, I cannot find 05658 in any Golf 5 controller. What system was the fault code found in, engine, brakes, central electrics etc? What is the problem with the car?

just bought the car didnt think i had any probs a friend put the code reader on it the code came up on the engine section so was just wondering what it would be

So as per earlier questions that went unanswered... Do you have any warning lights on? Or any running problems/issues with the car?

If you have no lights on or running probs then I'd forget about it, or get the car scanned with VAGCOM/VCDS instead and go from there because as Crasher says 05658 doesnt come up as a vaild code
