audi 80 drive shaft???

I have a 1994 2.0 audi 80 sport. I was trying to replace the wishbone brushes and the drive shaft popped out. Does anyone know how I pop it back in???

Where did it pop out?

If one of the CV joints has split and lost alignment you'll probably have to remove the gaiter, reassemble and regrease it.

If it's just come out from the gearbox push it back in; though I don't think that's possible as if it's like the TDI they're bolted to it?
