Removing users in Premium Bluetooth

How can i remove users in Premium Bluetooth Car Kit on a Passat 2007 mod.?
I font have the Manual in english only in german

The wife's got the car today but I'll go and have a look when she gets home. Took me a while to work out the first time.

The menu system isn't very intuitive, but you do it with the Highline diplay and steering wheel buttons (if you have them), not with the radio display and dash keyboard.

If I remember correctly, it is much easier to do it if you have a phone connected and then you can delete the other ID's.

The Preimium Bluetooth only accepts 3 pairings and doesn't tell you when it is full. Pretty poor software design, if you ask me.

I have the highline with steering whell buttons and display. I cant pair a telephone because there are 3 user already

Can you get access to one of them?

No it is trying to connect to all 3 of them but not connecting because i dont have any of the telephone.

I know it can be done with Vagcom. The option is there to delete previous pairings, stumbled across it by accident one day when looking for something else. Do you know anyone that has vagcom ?
