Howdie folks
Mk1 GTI 1.8 8v
New filler neck, cleaned tank, flushed fuel lines, new injectors, new plugs, new air filter. Compression is 150psi per cylinder give or take a few psi
It starts and runs really lumpy but dies if you take your foot of the accelerator pedal.
Last night it started, ran lumpy and then produced a huge cloud of smoke and dumped loads of oil through the airbox!
Any ideas folks?
