Replacing worn buckets and cam, rdi 150

Does anybody know, how easy it would be to replace the buckets and cam on a tdi 150, Can I do it without removing the belt, Also can all the work be done from the top of the engine,

Or should I take it to the pro's and pay the money?

you need to take it to a pro/specialist as the PD engines are not soo easy to work on and need specialist tools to work on.
