2004 Avant Rear Bumper

Hi all,

I have a quick question before I go buying the wrong parts!!

After a disagreement with a small wall in the dark I now have a damaged rear bumper in need of some TLC.

The car is and 1.8T sline with the twin exhaust.

The damage is limited to the centre part of the bumper, I am assuming I can unclip the lower spoiler with the exhaust cuts outs and just replace the actual rear bumper?

If so, will any Avant bumper fit as this means I can get a second hand one rather than paying Audi the quoted £290 pound.

Also the bumper has a chrome scuff/protector on the top, can this be transfered across or is it stuck in place?

Any help would be much appreciated before I start pulling the thing to bits and spending money.....

yes just swap the lower part onto a new top piece, only an avant rear bumper will fit though. You can use any b6 bumper 2001-2004

Thanks for that, will get looking... lets hope I find a nice new red bumper that doesn't need painting! :biglaugh:
