help!

My partner has just upgraded from a pug 1.4 tdi. Which, although has been reliable, is just showing it's age and she wanted something with a bit more class.

We opted for an Audi 2.0 TDI, Bose stereo, blue, 90k on the clock and it comes with the DSG gearbox. It's a great looking car but we have had nothing but problems guys so far. We have had a local mechanic take it in and look at the fault codes.

When he assessed the car the fault codes were. 19558 and 17075 which were a concern he said. But now it needs a specialist we think.

The inlet manifold valve/box has been changed and a fuse was changed at the same time. (Please correct me if i get this wrong lol)

So the car was running for a short period before the DG gearbox became a problem.I dont think e have even done 100 miles in the car yet!

Now were being told the gearbox needs attention. I've been reading on the forum regarding the oil change at 40k and the ecu in the gearbox/ mechatronic unit.

Right. What do you lovely people think? Has anybody got any recommendations?

Where do we get the oil from?

What type is it?

any precautions to replacing the oil? and if i replace the mechatronic should we do the oil at the same time?

Found this website.
