hello there. I took a chance to make a major retrofit on my car that included replacing my seats with comfort seats as well as modifying the drivers seat cables to include memory functions (j136).
i choose the module 8k0959760A that has build in comfort function control as well. However i cannot get my comfort drivers seat to work more than 7 sec at the time without the clima controller resetting to zero. However my right hand seat that only uses comfort module j799 with lin bus connection only ,works fine.
the drivers seat controller however works with can bus connection, and i can test it on vag com and switch on all fans and heaters ,but with the clima module 8T1 820 043 AL it comes on and goes off after 7 sec.
The coding is correct ,was done on line with Audi.
i can only conclude that it needs a separate comfort module (j800) with lin bus connection as well as the memory controller for the memory function ,but if this is the case why is there a memory controller version with an A extension that according to AUDI has the comfort function build in??
Can it be that i need to change my 09: Cent. Elect. (J519) Labels: 8K0-907-063.clb
Part No SW: 8K0 907 063 C as well ?
