To buy or not ? 130PS 2001 with probs.

Hi Forum - just lookin to buy a sharan and found a garage that want to sell me one of the red spot models 2001 on X after having a front end bash but jigged and fixed....it needs a passenger airbag and rear seatbelts -

question is how hard are they to fit ? does the ECU need a reset ?
and how expensive would the parts be ?

is this a good deal at 5800 ?
