New car and 1st question!

Hi all!

Just picked up an Audi Coupe after a year of Golf mk3 Gti ownership!

Took almost 2 months of searching Auto Trader, ebay and loads of other websites to track the right one down! Glad I waited the time that I did for it - managed to pick up a 93 2.0 16v in Kingfisher Blue, and it even has air con!

Anyways, after having one of my previous cars stolen, I am putting an alarm on my new baby! I succesfully put one on my Golf, but that was with the invaluable help of a Haynes manual.

Now, as you know, there was no Haynes manual made for the Coupe and I can't seem to find much on the tinternet.

So what options do I have? Is there another Audi model of the same era that shares the same wiring that I can use? Does anyone have any links to diagrams?

As far as i know they are very similar to audi 80s of the same age

There is a Haynes manual for the type 89 (B3) coupe. It's probably similar enough to get you by. If you need detailed info, you can subscribe to a service for downloading off Audi, Erwin or Vagcat rings a bell, it isn't cheap though..
