New clutch DMF problems

Hi guys, recently had my clutch (stock) replaced along with the DMF after the clutch "went". When I got the car back it has this hesitation/jerk after changing gear (never had it before). Its like its not fully engaged after the clutch is released but not like its slipping.

Its been at Audi to been looked at and they can feel that their is a problem but all test show everything is running ok. After they looked more into it they found that it had been remapped and now think the map has something to do with it.

Any ideas what it might be?

if it was fine before the clutch was replaced then i would say its something to do with that TBH, it may be something simple like some air in the slave cylinder, dont let them fob you off about the remap, hope you get it sorted mate
