I looked into doing this on the Mrs car, but she wouldnt let me, then when she said it was ok to do, the heating and hot water went in our flat and gota pay £1600 for a new boiler.. (god, ive gone off topic already!).

Its basicly a straight swap, I think you need the Bora slam pannel.

Total swap you would need:
Slam pannel? £40.
Pair of wings. £20-25 each.
Headlights. £20each, or £150-£200 for aftermarket ones.
Bumper. £50.
Bonnet. £70.
Grill. £25 for upper and lower.
Fogs? £45pair.

All the bits are bolt on, and its easy to do.

There called "Bolf's", (Bora frond end, Golf back end).

Cheapest way to do it is buy each bit off of eBay seperate, and you can do it for under £500 easy.

And its got to be my fave mk4 Golf body mod.
If you want to go really different then get an aftermarket Bora bumper such as this:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/VW-BORA-MK4-R-LINE-FRONT-BUMPER-/130437673324?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item1e5eb0f16c

Of abit more 2009ish with this one
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/VW-BORA-GTI-STYLE-FRONT-BUMPER-NEW-NEW-/320590535915?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item4aa4af5ceb

Second hand ones are cheaper tho.

Another good way to look up parts is to type in "bora breaking" into eBay and you will find all the people stripping Boras.
Also, look on the mk4 forum for guides etc.

HTH.
