Felicia 1.3 MPI

The Felicia 1.3 MPI engine has two variants, the 135 MPI and 136 MPI. What is the difference between the two? Is it just the kW/BHP using a different ECU? If I have a 135 MPI, can I upgrade it to a 136 MPI simply by changing the ECU?

The 135 and 136 engines are different in that the 136 has higher compression pistons and a different head and cam.
