Wheel arch rolling - Manchester

Again, a general query - so please leave here.

I'm looking for a decent wheel arch roller - one who's been used and proven to know their stuff. After a rather disconcerting conversation with one chap and his denial of liability for anything, I'd rather act on a recommendation.

Needs to be in or around Manchester ideally, but willing to travel for quality of service. Most of all, needs to be mccheap.

diy option. bolt this kit on, roll arches, send it back. if it all goes wrong, you can only blame youself.
