hello boys and girls
ive just bought my first diesel, a 2002 a6 1.9TDI and ive heard of a replacment pipe that gets rid of the cat completely, so my questions are:
1) where can i get one
2) does it affect the turbo
3) is there any thing else i have to do after fitting it
thanks in advance

Mine was £63 - doesn't effect the turbo, you just get better flow and a little more puff the magic dragon behind you when you give it the beans :arms:

Did it make much difference to throttle response or power? Any idea if it will affect MOT?

Not a massive difference on performance I have to say but it gave it a little more midrange pull in 4th / 5th. Doesnt effect MOT as its not a legal requirement in this counrty to have one fitted to a Diesel - Did even come on on my MOT.
I does however effect your fuel ecomomy, I saw another 2mpg when I have it fitted.
