A3 DSG paddle shift problem

I am unable to change gear using the paddle shift. Is this expensive/difficult to fix?

hello and welcome to the forum. i would imagine this is going to be very expensive to fix, but it does of course depend on what the fault actually is. it could be a loose connection, which wont cost much, depending on how long it takes to find it. it could be the computer, which will cost a small fortune. of course it could be because you cant reach, in which case simply moving the seat forwards may help.
