SUPER VAG K+CAN problem with Audi A3

I recently bought a SUPER VAG K+CAN
It reads DTC Ok but when I
tried to do a mileage correction on a 2005 Audi A3. It read the old mileage OK but when I tried to write then new mileage it said Fail (10).

Tried unplugging the clock but no good
Can anyone help.

Did you manage to sort this out

Apparently this model can only be done by removing the cluster and programming the chip directly
