According to the handbook, 7-seater Q7s should have a foldable load cover, which when folded will fit into the box under the boot floor. This is because there is nowhere to stow the regular cover when the 3rd row seats are unexpectedly needed.
The salesman at a very large dealership where I bought my car claimed never to have seen a folding cover. See Owners Manual (handbook) page 111, figs.123 & 124
Anyway, to get to the point, I have one for available, in a dark beige colour, and I'm looking for £45 including p&p. within UK. If you want more details and a photo, just reply on here.
