AMI/mp3 fitting, East Anglia

Just had my first taste of crap service from a local dealership. They advise me that they will not retrofit AMI on my 04 A8 as they won't 'approve' it. I really need either mp3 disc playback or iPod connectivity (with full mmi use). I'd be happy with an mp3 changer fitted but Audi say it can't be done on mine(?).

Does anyone know a place in EA that can supply/fit AMI, or if a 2007 Mp3 changer is plug and play on my car? Only want either AMI or the changer,not the Dension route.

Any help would be really appreciated!
