touran abs /esp lights

HI Guys I am new to this , I have an 04 plate Touran, esp and abs lights are on, got new switch for esp , made no difference, I note this seems to be a common problem, car is running fine , any suggestions as to fixing this or what to replace?. does it fail an mot with these lights on.

You need a fault code scan for starters.

Anything else is just guesswork/speculation.

as isaac says, but yes, an abs light being on will indeed fail an mot test.

Probably a G201 sensor fault.
