My oil pressure light came on 2 weeks ago put car in to garage and had sump pick up cleaned and new pressure switch fitted and oil and filter ok for a week now the light is on again phoned garage and they said engine pressure was good when they checked it and it must be a electrical fault just got car back from garage the oil pressure light is not flashing but the temp needle inside goes straight to half way when starting up god noes what's going on with the car Garage said they had to put main dealer oil pressure switch and also oil level switch because they have to be changed as a pair they said if the light comes back on could need new clocks in dash could be faulty can anyone help
