1.9 TDI Vibration

I have an Audi A4 (02 reg) with the 1.9 TDI AWX engine. The engine produces a buzzy vibration at 1800 to 3000 rpm irrespective of whether its static or under load. I have now spent £2.5K on new clutch, DMF, Turbo, fuel injectors and have had engine mounts swapped & subframe swapped with a known good car. You name it weve done it. Suggestion is that the bottom end is producing this vibration, possible bent conrod !!! although there is no good reason for this happening. Anybody out there come across this before ?

may be completely off track but had a similar problem with a Ford TDCI, wifes car, exactly as you described and found it to be the idler tensioner pully for the aux belt. Also changed loads before found the problem......
