A3 Sportback 2009 with Roofrails - Bike Rack Options?

Hi All,

I have a 2009 A3 Sportback with the FLUSH roof rails. I'm after a decent set of roof bars and a bike rack to go on them.

Not keen on non model specific bars and would prefer rack and bars that are made to "fit together" - Aero Track style.

I have seen so many options/makes/deals. Can any one suggest something? Seen a great deal on roofbox.co.uk for a set of cruz bars and racks but they do not fit cars with roof rails!!!!

Any suggestions or recommendations gratefully received.

I previously had a 2007 sportback with roofrails. I do quite abit of mountain biking and used Thule aero bars and 591 bike carriers. Excellent and easy to use. Can put them and take them off in 2-3 minutes.
A lot easier than fittinhg the roof bars to my present A4.
