Lies to his own force and then attempts to pervert the course of justice using his position as a lever?

This is apparently the copper who fronted many drink drive campaigns and refered to drink drivers as 'killers!'

So he calls drink driver killers (Ok I cant actually disagree with that), then gets caught nearly double the limit, claims he only had one pint and then tries to get the arresting officer to let him off using his job as a lever?
