Hi online enthusiasts/experts! :1zhelp:
I have an old 1993 K reg 100 Avant 2.8E Auto
The theory was that the car would be used for moving building stuff etc around but the reality is I use it everyday as my commute car too
I am now worried as this morning the auto box seemed to want to hang on to low gears and was very reluctant to change up in higher gears even to the extent that the engine was revving to 5k. I checked the Sport mode was off which it was. I put this on then off several times just to check. Is there any reason why the box seems to be doing this? Will a simple transmission fluid change and filter change sort this out? Any advice welcome. Thank you
