Wheel arch rubbing

Hey,

was wondering if anyone could help me I have a 2004 A3 3dr 2TDi and have put some 19" wheels with 235/35ZR19 tyres. However when the car is loaded the tyres are rubbing on the wheel arches .... does any one have any resolves for this problems?
