Lack of power

Hi. I have two audi a6 1,9 tdi 66kw 1997. One of the cars seems to have much more power. I can not find any differences on the two cars, but is it possible that one of the cars is mapped?. The fast one seems to drag good all the way from 1700 rpm and the slow one is pretty dull all the way. I have checked the pressure on the slow one and the turbo is charging 0,7 bar. I have also tried to swap the air mass sensor. Any ideas? Thanks alot for any answers

What is the mileage on the two? Are both fully serviced and looked after, I recently found on my Audi A6 diesel that a good engine flush and new oil changed twice in 10,000 has made a big difference to the smoke and performance.

Does one of yours put out more smoke than the other?

the milage on the fast one i 350k and the slow is 310k. The fast one also produces quite a bit black smoke on full throttle. I cant seen any black smoke on the slow one.
